In addition to leading Turn Over a New Leafe, I'm the founder of Morgan Leafe, MD, a physician-led medical writing company. I also serve as Co-Executive Director of the Nonclinical Physicians Network, a community and resource hub for physicians exploring careers beyond the exam room.

I never planned to build a career strategy practice. But after 14 years practicing medicine, I kept noticing the same thing: brilliant healthcare, healthtech, and pharmaceutical professionals who didn't know how to tell their story.
They were talented. They were accomplished. But their resumes didn't reflect it. Their LinkedIn profiles were an afterthought. And when it came time to interview, they weren't showing up the way they deserved to.
